Produced from 100% Barnea Olives, this olive oil has a herbaceous nose followed by a delicious flavor of fresh green apples with nutty overtones. Will work wonderfully on its own or as an ingredient in your favorite recipe. One of our faves, Bruschetta!Generously rub a peeled garlic clove on one side of toasted ciabatta bread. Top with fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, dash of sea salt and a few shaves of fresh Parmesan. Generously drizzle the olive oil over all and prepare to eat the perfect snack.
